Medication costs depend on the treatment plan prescribed by your licensed provider, including dosage and quantity. You will always see the full price before approving your order.

Charges are applied only after a healthcare professional has reviewed your information and issued a valid prescription. If a prescription is not approved, no medication fees will be charged.

US Quick Health services are not billed through insurance. Consultations and medications are paid for directly through our secure payment system.

To modify, pause, or cancel an order, please login into your account or contact our Support Team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety regulations.

If a provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for the prescription and any payment for it is refunded in full. That is what our money-back guarantee covers. Once a prescription has been dispensed, the medication itself cannot be returned or refunded, because safety regulations do not allow dispensed medication back into circulation. If a provider approves treatment, your prescription ships fast from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Weight-loss medications ship as cold-chain deliveries and usually arrive in about 2 days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Transit time after that depends on your location and the partner pharmacy fulfilling your prescription.
