Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Telehealth Platform

Who are the healthcare professionals on US Quick Health?

All healthcare professionals providing care through US Quick Health are licensed practitioners authorized to practice medicine in the United States. Each provider’s credentials and state licenses are verified through an internal review process before they can deliver care on the platform. You can view details about your provider directly in your secure account after your consultation.

Do I need to see a healthcare provider in person to use US Quick Health?

No in-person visit is required to receive care through US Quick Health. Licensed providers conduct remote assessments and, when appropriate, may prescribe medication in accordance with state telehealth laws. Some states may require that you have had an in-person visit with a provider within a certain period of time before receiving online treatment.

Does US Quick Health replace my primary care provider?

No. US Quick Health is not intended to replace your primary care provider. Our platform offers remote consultations for specific conditions, but we recommend that you maintain regular contact with your primary care or other healthcare professionals.

Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

Yes. Online prescribing is permitted in the United States when performed by a licensed healthcare professional in compliance with all applicable federal and state telehealth regulations.

Is this a safe way to receive treatment?

Telemedicine is regulated by federal and state authorities and must follow established clinical standards. US Quick Health uses encrypted systems and requires identity verification to protect patient data and ensure that care is delivered by verified, licensed professionals. Patients should always provide accurate, up-to-date information during their consultation and review all medication instructions before use.

How quickly will a healthcare professional review my information?

Review times may vary based on provider availability and medical complexity. Most cases are reviewed shortly after submission, and patients will be notified once the provider’s assessment is complete.

Is a video chat required?

Requirements vary by state and by the type of medical service requested. If a real-time video evaluation is necessary, you’ll be notified within your account before your consultation continues.

Do I need a prescription before using US Quick Health?

No. You don’t need an existing prescription. A new prescription will only be issued if a licensed provider determines that it’s medically appropriate after reviewing your health information.

Why do you require a photo ID and a separate photo of my face?

Telehealth laws require identity verification before medical services can be provided. You’ll be asked to upload:

  1. A valid, government-issued photo ID (showing name, date of birth, and expiration date).

  2. A clear photo of your face (without filters, hats, or sunglasses). These photos are used solely to confirm that your identity matches your account.

Services

What is the cost of a consultation?

Consultation fees may vary depending on the type of service and state requirements. All costs are displayed transparently before you confirm your medical visit.

How are medication prices determined?

Medication costs depend on the treatment plan prescribed by your licensed provider, including dosage and quantity. You will always see the full price before approving your order.

When will I be billed for my medication?

Charges are applied only after a healthcare professional has reviewed your information and issued a valid prescription. If a prescription is not approved, no medication fees will be charged.

Does US Quick Health accept insurance?

US Quick Health services are not billed through insurance. Consultations and medications are paid for directly through our secure payment system.

How can I change or cancel an order?

To modify, pause, or cancel an order, please login into your account or contact our Support Team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety regulations.

Can I request a return or refund?

If a provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for the prescription and any payment for it is refunded in full. That is what our money-back guarantee covers. Once a prescription has been dispensed, the medication itself cannot be returned or refunded, because safety regulations do not allow dispensed medication back into circulation. If you believe there was an error in your order, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

How long does delivery take?

If a provider approves treatment, your prescription ships fast from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Weight-loss medications ship as cold-chain deliveries and usually arrive in about 2 days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Transit time after that depends on your location and the partner pharmacy fulfilling your prescription.
