Fluticasone Furoate and Vilanterol Ellipta Inhaler is a prescription dry powder inhaler used as maintenance treatment for asthma. It combines two medicines: fluticasone furoate, an inhaled corticosteroid, and vilanterol, a long-acting beta2-agonist. It is not used to treat sudden breathing problems or acute bronchospasm.

• Some people may notice fast heartbeat, tremor, or changes in blood pressure
• Breathing can rarely get worse right after using the inhaler
• Serious allergic reactions may happen, especially in people with severe milk protein allergy
